WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
I am a completely online operation. Families are linked to password-protected online ordering galleries. Galleries are set up according to class, team, or whatever grouping makes sense for the dance school. Each child will be provided 2-5 images. The family may chose the photos they want printed, as opposed to having a pose chosen for them. I also provide a few product choices such as magnets, bag tags, and digital images for future printing and archiving.
A detailed PDF describing all the ordering procedures and shooting day preparation will be provided to each school to be distributed to families prior to photo day.
I like to focus on a-la-carte ordering so parents can order the prints that they wish, and I also have a few packages designed for a discounted price on larger print orders.
I provide all equipment needed for photo day.
I provide a light and fun experience for your children and take pride in providing an environment where the kids can relax and be themselves, or show off their awesome dance moves!
I provide the school with high-resolution digital files of the group photos to use for websites, school advertising, or however the school wishes to use the images.
I handle any questions from parents and families about ordering and products.
I take staff photos and provide a complimentary print package for staff members as well.
I am willing to work with schools to provide custom services that fit your unique needs, including recital photos and dance competition team photos.
HOW MANY STUDENTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
I have provided this service to groups with as few as 30 students and as many as 500. I am willing to work with schools of any size, including individual dance portrait mini-sessions for competitive dancers. I have worked with kids ages 3-18 in the dance photography arena.
ARE THESE IMAGES EXPENSIVE?
I have competitive rates and nothing is due up front, all profit is made from ordering. I offer a variety of packages and a-la-carte products to fit everyone’s needs. I also donate 10% of my gross back to the schools that I photograph!
WHAT TIME OF YEAR DO YOU CONDUCT THESE DANCE SCHOOL PHOTO SHOOTS?
I work with each individual school to schedule shoots any time during the year.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH PERFORMANCES?
Yes! I love to photograph performances, shows and recitals. I do charge the studio an hourly rate for this service and give the photos to you for your own advertising and social media. I also make the photos available for the families to buy. In addition I can create an album of the performance for sale, with or without each performers name in it per studio preference. It’s a great way to have a ‘yearbook’ for your dance year.
