My Town.
My town isn’t actually a town at all. It’s an unincorporated island in the Puget Sound. I’ve lived here for just over 20 years (minus college). Even though there are 15,000 people on the island, it still feels like a small town. I doubt there are more than 3 degrees of separation between anyone on it. It’s still mostly forest and farms. There are 4 stoplights, 2 small restaurants, one grocery store and no post office (we use the one in the neighboring town). It takes me 20 minutes to get off the island (there’s a bridge, no ferry), and another 20 to get anywhere with real shopping.

But, it’s home and I love it.
