Here in NW Washington, spring means tulips. On the last day of April (the last day of the festival) we went to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. We always enjoy the beautiful flowers. It was, of course, a little rainy and definitely cloudy. But, at least it makes for good light and interesting photos.
